Young Pioneers is a charity run by young people, for young people. It was set up by a 12 year old school boy who wanted to enable other young people to make a difference.
Their aim is to make it “Cool to Care” and to help young people advance in life by improving their social welfare and developing their key skills so that they can become mature and responsible individuals.
The charity empowers young people to achieve this by providing accredited training courses and education programmes that teach young people how to Stay safe, Be Healthy, Go Green, Innovate and Make a positive contribution to the lives of other young people.
The Charity want young people to be aware of the world around them, take action and become positive role models for other young people.
The William Wates Memorial Trust gave a small donation in recognition of the outstanding work of the charity.
